5. Kinesiology breaks patterns

Why do we do what we do? Why do we repeat the same patterns in our lives, over and over? Why do we end up in the same situations, feeling stuck, hopeless and out of control?

The answer lies in the programming that we retained from our childhood.

We think we make actions from our conscious mind, but we don’t, 97% of our actions in life stem from our subconscious controller room. Here lies all the understandings about ourselves and the world that we learned from our parents and influences in childhood that now govern our choices in life. Only, we aren’t aware of it.

In Kinesiology we aim to unroot these subconscious belief systems that are leaving us stuck in a cycle. Whether it’s addiction, lack of confidence, repeated behavior, emotional reactions or something else, once you unprograme them, you become free to live as you choose, without the constraints of old subconscious programming holding you back in life.

6. Kinesiology boosts your wellbeing

As well as working on clearing specific symptoms and emotional stress from the body, Kinesiology also regulates all the systems in the body by improving energy flow and clearing any existing imbalances.

These systems include the endocrine, the network of hormone messengers that communicate throughout the body. When the endocrine is balanced, everything improves, including sleep and energy levels.

When we reset the nervous system by releasing emotional stress, it moves from fight or flight and back into the natural parasympathetic state. The main benefit of this is that the body can get its focus back to the important functions on the body; digestion and general repair.

When you sleep better, have brighter energy levels and feel fresher and clearer within yourself, it’s amazing what you can achieve.

7. Kinesiology releases trauma

When we’ve had a traumatic experience in our lives, our nervous system remembers it. In fact, our whole body remembers it. In Kinesiology we work on releasing past trauma that is holding you captive in your life now.

This could be an emotionally abusive relationship, a work situation, our childhood or a particular event or situation in your life. When this trauma is stuck in the body, our nervous system is overly sensitized to the smallest stress which could be similar to the trauma we once experienced.

The past can’t hurt us anymore, but our emotional memory around the past certainly can. In Kinesiology we understand that when we release the emotional stress surrounding a trauma, everything can change; our health, our happiness and our ability to thrive.

8. Kinesiology restores confidence

We’re all born as happy, blissful babies who love to be the center of attention. We don’t know the meaning of confidence, it just is our natural state of being. It’s only when we begin to experience situations that affect us in a negative way, that this lovely confidence begins to falter.

In Kinesiology, we understand the importance of having a healthy sense of self worth. Lack of self esteem spells ‘lose’ and lose we do when we don’t have the confidence to go after what we want and what we deserve.

We are all born to enjoy life and live it to the full, but when our sense of value is shaken, by parents, bullies, bosses, or whoever else it may be, we forget our true nature, which is one of abundance and bliss.

My mission in Kinesiology is to remind you of that, because when you remember, your life can change in the most wonderful of ways.
