What happens in a Soul Contract Reading?
In advance of the Reading I will send you a Zoom link and ask you to find somewhere quiet, private and comfortable to have the Reading.
During the Reading I will be sharing my screen so you can see your chart, and showing you the numbers and what they mean and how they all correlate together.
Afterwards I will send you a recording of the Reading so you can watch it several more times to receive a deeper transmission of your Soul Contract.
What does a Soul Contract Reading give me?
This is totally dependent on what you are ready, willing and open to receive.
We are all at different points of our journey so you will receive exactly what you need at the right time and everyone takes something completely unique from their Reading that they can start applying to their life in some way.
Will a Soul Contract Reading tell me what to do with my life?
A Soul Contract Reading is a guide, it does not provide answers or solutions to your life’s problems. Instead, it gives you clarity, understanding and awareness that you can use to make those changes yourself.
It doesn’t tell you what you should be doing, rather it suggests where your strengths are and how to use them as well as where your challenges are and how to navigate them.
A Soul Contract Reading is an empowering tool that you can refer back to for the rest of your life.
Can I buy a Reading for a family member or friend as a gift?
The answer is no. I only give Readings to people who find me, resonate with me and are called to have a Reading with me.
Each person I work with has to be drawn to my energy and willing to go on a journey with me to discover the blueprint of their soul.

Divine Healing FAQs
What happens in a Divine Healing session?
Divine Healing sessions take place remotely via Zoom which means that you are in the comfort of your home as I guide you through the healing.
I always suggest you find somewhere where you can fully relax for the 90 minute session, normally lying down on your bed with your eyes closed, with headphones and your laptop next to you so I can see you.
Sessions are interactive as we bring awareness to unconscious programmes, traumas and blocked energy, so we can release it and clear it together. This means I will be asking you to talk about your life experiences.
At the end of a session I will leave the Zoom call so you can rest after the session. I will ask you to check in with me the following day so I can see how you’re feeling.
How can I expect to feel?
Everyone experiences Divine Healing completely differently. Sometimes sessions can be emotional or they might be very clarifying and give you a greater sense of understanding of yourself.
Expect to go deep in the session. I can ask very specific and probing questions to get to the root of a programme or ego pattern. If you’re not willing to explore yourself on a deeper level then I wouldn’t recommend Divine Healing sessions and instead start with a lighter form of therapy.
It’s usual to feel tired at the end of the session as releasing emotions can be a very tiring process. As the changes integrate over the next few days you can expect to feel lighter and more energised.
How many sessions do I need?
Divine Healing works by peeling back the layers of unconscious programmes, traumas and blocked energy. We accumulate many of these layers in our lifetime, so it’s a constant process to keep unpeeling them.
I offer single taster Divine Healing sessions at £133 and then invite you to join the Spread Your Wings programme which will catalyse you on a far greater level than single sessions can.

What happens in a Kinesiology session?
After booking your appointment I send you a health questionnaire to fill out in advance, which we go through together in depth at the start of your session.
After this, you’ll lie down on my treatment bed, fully clothed, and I’ll begin muscle testing to uncover imbalances in your body, checking for nutritional deficiencies, balancing the energy body, releasing trapped emotions and stress and massaging specific neuro-lymphatic points.
At the end of the session I’ll give you a list of what supplements I’d like you to take between sessions, and any further recommendations.
How can I expect to feel?
For some clients Kinesiology can be extremely emotional as we bring awareness to the emotional stress at the root cause of their symptoms.
For others, it’s a chance to release their burdens and stress, so sessions can be deeply relaxing. Sometimes, sessions can also be quite tender when I massage certain points on the body.
Afterwards you can expect to feel lighter and calmer as the mind becomes quiet and peaceful. You might also feel tired after sessions and have some bruises from the lymphatic massage which is completely normal.
How many sessions do I need?
This depends on what you’re coming to see me for and how long you’ve been experiencing your health issues. While it’s usual to feel better after one session, within three to four sessions you can expect deeper results.
I like to work with you for at least three months, with one session every four weeks, until we’re both happy to switch to maintenance treatments, usually every three months.
Kinesiology is a preventative therapy, uncovering imbalances before they develop into symptoms so regular treatments can help to keep you balanced and well.
Are there any extra costs?
Sessions usually show up three to four nutritional supplements (herbs, vitamins and minerals that the body is showing it needs to restore balance and health) which you order after your appointment.
I don’t stock these so I show you how to order them at the end of the session, alongside the dosage recommendations. They usually cost between £40 - £80 for a month’s supply.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
If you need to cancel or reschedule that’s no problem. However, I do ask that you give me at least 48 hours notice.
With respect to my time and other clients who may have attended in your absence, I ask you to pay half the treatment fee if the cancellation takes place within 48 hours of your appointment. If you are late for your appointment the treatment will not be extended to accommodate this.
