What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a complementary therapy that uses muscle testing to read the language of your body, addressing your health on every level to find and treat the root cause of your symptoms.

What is kinesiology

Kinesiology gives your body a voice

In Kinesiology we translate what your body is telling us through the language of muscle testing. We can ask it where the problem is and work out what the body is asking for to restore balance so symptoms can then drop away.

When we find out what is disrupting the body on an emotional, chemical, structural and energetic level we use stress release techniques, lymphatic work, nutritional testing and energy work to help the body correct the imbalances.

In Kinesiology we take a holistic approach to your wellbeing, addressing your health on an emotional, physical and energetic level.

“If you’ve tried everything and are still looking for that special something this is for you. By the end of the session I was physically and mentally stronger to continue healing for success."

- Julie

What is kinesiology

Kinesiology uncovers the root cause of symptoms

Symptoms are a sign that there’s an underlying imbalance which the body wants you to pay attention to.

Often the root of the problem is in a completely different area where you’re experiencing the symptoms, which can make it difficult to know how to treat. This is why we use muscle testing to try and understand what the body is telling us.

Systematic Kinesiology takes away the guesswork, allowing us to get to the root cause, wherever it may be hidden, so the body can return to homeostasis.

“Kinesiology has changed the way I understood my chronic health condition, way beyond the generic approach to medication and impersonal treatment from mainstream General Practitioners.”

- Ben

Kinesiology is a holistic therapy that addresses you as a whole.

Systematic Kinesiology was born out of the chiropractic development of Applied Kinesiology and what makes it unique is its embodiment of MCPE; the principle that addresses and balances the four aspects of the whole person; Mental, Chemical, Physical and Energetic, simultaneously.

Using this approach, we rebalance the energies that flow through the intervertebral foramina using touch, massage, nutrition and stress release, with immediate benefits.

No other form of natural healthcare practices this multi-dimensional approach, which is what makes Systematic Kinesiology so powerful!
